International Center ready for debut

Partnership program leverages our purchasing power

RESEARCH: Pigeon study takes on sexism in science
A study finds surprisingly big differences in tissue gene expression between male and female rock doves, leading the authors, including Rebecca Calisi of UC Davis, to challenge scientists' tendency to use mostly male animals in experimental research not involving reproduction or sexual behavior.
