Ranking Puts Us in the Top 3

UC Davis is the third-best public university in the nation (and 12th overall) for the boost we give students’ chances of graduating and their future earnings, according to a new ranking from the Wall Street Journal and its research partners.

Maggie the Aggie and Cori Shine Alongside Football Win

The football team came out on top of its first home game, which also featured familiar sights with twists: A baseball player working with Cori, the tee-retrieving dog, and a new student making her debut in the role of Maggie the Aggie. Both will be part of future home games.

New Artwork Commemorates Jewish Resistance in WWII

“Ghetto Wall,” a sculpture depicting the 1943 Jewish uprising against the Nazis in Warsaw, can now be seen in the Peter J. Shields Library courtyard. The art by Ruth Cozen Snyder was donated by Jeffrey Berger ’74 and his wife Sheri Berger, and was lowered into place by crane last month.
