Grad Slam — Entries now being accepted for this competition in which master’s and Ph.D. students present their research in three minutes or less. The UC Davis winner advances to the systemwide final. Deadline: Feb. 11.

Hutchison Drive and Silo bus terminal closure — Feb. 1-April 9. Hutchison Drive will be closed to through traffic between Kleiber Hall Drive and California Avenue, due to Big Shift construction. Unitrans and other buses will be rerouted. See detours and new bus stop locations.
