Among the key takeaways: Of course a vaccine will be important, but it won’t suddenly make COVID-19 vanish. Our understanding of risks has also evolved.

Crowdfund UC Davis Round 2 Includes Student Farm, KDVS

The university’s own crowdfunding platform will open Thursday (Oct. 1) for a new round of participants. You can support the Student Farm in its mission to distribute more food to the needy or give to the new Staff Emergency Fund, which will provide quick, no-strings hardship awards of up to $1,000.

First Quarter at Aggie Square: Transformative Justice Focus

Aggie Square comes to life even before it’s built! About 20 students are enrolled for a curriculum of education, sociology and African American studies, plus internships at an Oak Park elementary school. Future quarter “experiences” will focus on health care equity and bilingual education.
