Restarting Campus Activity, Reporting Positive Cases

The Davis campus is moving from “suspended operations” to “reduced operations.” The reopening will be gradual and will be accompanied by health and safety guidelines to guard against coronavirus infection among people returning to campus. The modified COVID-19 reporting protocol now requires only the reporting of a positive test for yourself or someone else in your home.

Live Programs This Week Will Focus on Vaccines and Testing

Two livestreamed programs this week will take viewers inside the coronavirus research happening here and around the globe. Tomorrow, Distinguished Professor Walter Leal will host a third symposium, this time focused on vaccines. Guests will include the virologist who co-discovered HIV as the cause of AIDS, Robert Gallo. The following day will bring the third installment of UC Davis LIVE: COVID-19, centered on testing.

Hot Water Switch is ‘Big Shift’ Toward Carbon-Neutrality
