Our Simpsonologist

Karma Waltonen’s first-year seminar on The Simpsons isn’t about watching cartoons. Students discuss themes explored on the show, write their own scripts and talk about how the show reflects the time in which it was made. A lecturer in the University Writing Program, Waltonen is also adding to the joy of this year’s Campus Community Book Project.
