Reopening set for Monday, Nov. 26

Aggies land Dec. 1 home game in football playoffs

- Postponed: Public forums with candidates for vice chancellor of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion — Due to the campus closure, the Candidate B forums (which had been scheduled for Nov. 15-16) and the Candidate C forums (Nov. 19-20) are being rescheduled.
- Public forums with candidates for vice provost and dean, Graduate Studies — Forum dates and times and have been posted for three candidates, each of whom will participate in one forum (Nov. 26, 27 and 30).
- Call for proposals for Global Affairs Seed Grants for International Activities — Proposals welcome from faculty in all schools and colleges. New deadline: Nov. 27.
- Funding workshop with the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science — To be held Nov. 27, providing information on fellowships for faculty, postdocs and late-term-Ph.D. students.
- Call for nominations for Chancellor’s Achievement Awards for Community and Diversity — Awards given in these categories: Academic Senate, Academic Federation, Staff, Graduate Student, Post-Doc, Undergraduate Student and Community Member. Deadline: Nov. 30.
- Call for proposals for Campus Research Core Facilities (CRCF) Pilot and Feasibility Program, Round 4 — Funding for short-term pilot projects or feasibility studies is available to UC Davis researchers for use at Campus Research Core Facilities, to encourage new use or trials of new technology or approaches. Deadline: Dec. 14.
