ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Public forums with the candidates for vice provost of Academic Affairs — Candidate A, April 10; Candidate B, April 12; Candidate C, April 13; and Candidate D, April 19. Candidate CVs will be posted 48 hours in advance of their forums.
  • Call for nominations for the Edward A. Dickson Emeriti Professorship award — For emeritus/a professors in support of their work to further the mission of the university. The UC Davis Emeriti Association administers this award program. Deadline: April 28.
  • Call for nominations for Larry L. Sautter Award program — Recognizing innovation in information technology in the UC system. Deadline: May 19.
  • Arboretum path closures — Paths on both sides of the waterway in the arboretum's east half are closed through Sept. 27 for the Arboretum Waterway Maintenance and Enhancement Project. The construction project also will require the closure of a short section of path just west of the Wyatt Footbridge. This closure will be on the north side of the waterway through June. During this same period, the footbridge will be subject to occasional daytime closures (with notices to go up at least a week in advance).
