- Call for applications for DIAL (Data, Informatics and Application Launch) Grant Pilot Program — The objective, as stated by the Office of Research: to provide targeted funding to support translational science and innovative research performed by UC Davis researchers, with the intent of demonstrating commercial potential, proof of concept or other outcomes that improve or clarify the commercialization risk profile for data, information science or software and related applications being developed at UC Davis.
- Town halls to assist in UC Davis' search for a new police chief —The recruitment advisory committee invites members of the campus community to participate in discussions of the qualifications that the campus should look for in its new police chief. Town halls will be held on the Davis campus (Feb. 15) and the Sacramento campus (Feb. 22). The call for nominations/applications for police chief is still open.
